Kada se pre 23 godine vratila iz porodilišta, po prvi put, želela je da obuče stare farmerke. Nisu joj "stigle" ni do pola butina. Tu je "podvukla" crtu i rešila da svoje telo vrati na staro.

Džesika je nakon tog događaja rodila još šestoro dece i niko ne može da poveruje kada čuje koliko ima godina, a ni dece. Ona ima 43 godine, a nakon tog prvog porođaja počela je redovno da vežba. Tu naviku ima i nakon sedmoro dece.

 

What I FOCUS ON when I’ve only worked out TWO TIMES a week for the past FOUR MONTHS ??‍♀️ {Throwback to the beginning of my #fitnessjourney which truly started right after having my first baby until today. I’ve had quite a few more #transformations since this one ?} I’m not my leanest but still happy with my body given my current regimen! EVERY MORNING with breakfast: I take @warriorfuel_supps HERS Pink Burst #preworkout {Code: jessicafit} whether I workout or not. I have noticed a big difference with appetite control, fat loss, energy & focus compared to last year when I decreased my workout time and lost tons of progress. I feel more productive on the days that I take it versus the days that I don’t I’ve noticed. Workout Day 1 WEIGHT TRAINING: Pick 4 or 5 leg exercises & 1 glute exercise Do 3 X 6-10 reps I usually do leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses, seated or standing calf raises & either glute bridges on the seated leg extension machine or lying leg curl machine or glute kickbacks. (I alternate weeks doing both legs versus singles on the extensions, curls & calf raises and usually do 3 sets of both legs and 3 sets of singles on the leg press machine every leg day). CARDIO: 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 10-30 minutes of LISS {I use the elliptical and alternate 90 secs slow or moderate pace with 30 secs sprints}. I’ll do another post on Day 2 since this is getting a bit lengthy.?? Weekend plans anyone? Po zanimanju je medicinska sestra, ali sada radi i kao fitnes trener, a njene savete upijaju rekreativci ali i ozbiljniji vežbači.

Džesika je od tog prvog porođaja pazila na težinu, ali tek posle rođenja sedmog deteta, 2013. godine, počela je da trenira sa tegovima. I tek tada je, kaže, postala zadovoljna svojim telom.

Bila sam šokirana količinom kilograma koje sam dobila u prvoj trudnoći. Sećam se da sam došla kući sa planom da uskočim u svoje stare farmerke, ali nije bilo šanse da se to desi. Pala sam u depresiju i shvatila da to nije samo tipični trudnički višak. Nakupilo se tu mnogo više bespotrebnih kilograma – kaže Džesika. 

Već posle drugog porođaja, kaže, nije bila depresivna, jer je znala šta može da očekuje i šta treba da uradi.
