IMALA JE 126 KILOGRAMA, A DANAS IZGLEDA KAO MODEL: Čudesna transformacija pomoću jednostavnog trika (FOTO)

Matilda Broberg je sa 22 godine potpuno preokrenula svoj život, a sve je počelo od dramatičnog mršavljenja.

Matilda se celog života mučila sa viškom kilograma i želela je da se dovede u red, ali kako kaže, nikada nije mogla da nađe dovoljno motivacije i volje da to zapravo sprovede u delo.

– Postala sam gojazna oko 14. godine, a od tada je bilo sve gore jer sam radila sve što radi i moje društvo. Međutim, moje društvo je uživalo u sladoledima, slatkišima i picama što ja sebi nisam mogla da priuštim jer sam bila gojazna. Ipak, jela sam sa njima – kaže Matilde, dodajući da je pritom vodila i vrlo neaktivan život.

– U jednom trenutku mislila sam da prosto više ništa ne mogu da uradim povodom toga, da je sve otišlo predaleko. Osećala sam se kao da sam zarobljena u sopstvenom telu. Samo sam se pravila da sam srećna ,a zapravo sam bila nesrećna, anksiozna i želela samo da mogu da potrčim –kaže Matilde.

My life was good but I felt trapped. 3 years later I made a drastic lifestyle change. I lost half my body weight over a time period of 2,5 years on my own and I’ve basically kept the weight of ever since. Right picture is from today and I’m happy, comfortable and loving myself. I weigh around 69 kg now, eating healthy, still drinking wine and go out to dine and going to the gym is one of my favorite things. Kako kaže, bila je svesna da je ona kriva za situaciju u kojoj se nalazi.

– Moja mama je oduvek pravila zdrave obroke. Problem je bio u tome što sam ja krišom kupovala i jela nezdravu hranu. Jela sam preko 3.500 kalorija dnevno i imala 126 kilograma – navodi ona.

TRENUTAK PREOKRETA

Ono što ju je zaista navelo da nešto uradi jeste izlazak sa društvom u zabavni park, kada joj je rečeno da je preteška za sve mašine na kojima je želela da se vozi. Tada je krenula na dijetu.

– Morate da udarite u samo dno pre nego što konačno nešto promenite. Tako sam ja posle toga izbacila sve grickalice i slatkiše, ali i hleb i testeninu. Čim sam prestala da jedem te masne i kalorične stvari, kilogrami su počeli da se tope a ja sam imala par trkikova kako bih pobedila svoju proždrljivost – objašnjava Matilde.

Motivation 🏆 _ Just a little reminder to ya all; YOU can achieve your dreams and goals! _ Rrrule numba 1️⃣ Educate yourself in healthy eating habits, calories (and macros) and how they effect our weight, meal portions sizes, activities, workout/fitness knowledge etc 📚 Don’t ‘just’ get the inspo – READ about it on real ‘valid’ websites! It’s supa dupa important guys ☝🏼 _ Second of all; you need to RELAX 🙎🏻 It will take time and after you’ve reach your goals you gotta stick to the lifestyle! Therefor you need to find a fine and nice balanced way of ‘dieting’/living your new lifestyle ✍🏼 You cannot get back to old habits ever again (well not in the same way but u got me) – ofc there will be time for bad days/times – but you still gotta get back up again ❤️ You gotta embrace your new way of living instead of making it your enemy or something negative _ Yes, it WILL be tough and hard – but that’s just how life is sometimes.. Either you gonna struggle in the bad times you have now OR you can struggle while reaching your goals.. Up to you 💭 Stuff to think about _ I’ve been +120kg once (2010, 14 years) and I’ve lost 63 kg from 2012 to 2015 🏆 I lost the first 35 kg in 1 year and then I started working out and the rest came off over a time period of 2 years. And I’ve been wearing a size Small for 3 years now (surrealllll) 😳 Been a size XXL for soooo many years 🙌🏼 I’ll never get used to the fact that I actually made it. _ Educate yourself and have faith (and patience, determination, will-power, damn strong self control…) and most important: STAY STRONG! _ And I guarantee… If I can do it.. So can YOU! Trust me – I’m a lazy fuuuckk when it all comes down to nothing😎 I have Sloth drinking coffee tattooed on my arm (kinda says it) Buuut I’m also determined if I want something! _ #glowupchallenge

Kako kaže Matilda, ono što je njoj pomoglo su, pre svega, male porcije.

– Sve moje porcije su veličine dlana. Ne dozvoljavam sebi da idem preko toga. Pored toga, uvek umesto običnom kašikom jedem kašičicom jer tako prevarim sebe i mislim da sam pojela više nego što zapravo jesam. Želudac mi je posle godina prejedanja bio ogroman i to je bio jedini način da unormalim apetit – kaže Matilde.
