Ishrana Novaka Đokovića i njegove supruge Jelene dobro nam je poznata, a ono što prave kao svoje obroke izuzetno je ukusno i zahvalno za pripremu. Ako do sada niste, evo prilike da isprobate.

 

Supruga najboljeg tenisera sveta pohvalila se na Instagramu slatkišem, koji Novak i Stefan očigledno vole.

Neodoljive slatke bombice ne samo da dobro izgledaju na oko, već su nutritivno prihvatljive i veoma zdrave. Jelena nas stalno podseća da nije potrebno u slatkiš staviti 12 i kilogram šećera da bi bio ukusan.

Sastojci:

– Puter od badema
– Pahuljice kakaa
– Pahuljice kokosa
– Vanila
– Pirinčano mleko
– Med
– Ovsene pahuljice
– Prah korena make/koren make u prahu (južnoamerička biljka maka)

This morning I was preparing some quick bites (deserts) for our travel. It is always handy to have it with you especially if you are craving for something sweet during the day. I cannot rely on anyone to bring my family healthy snacks, especially on a plane, so that's why we have these boxes with us always. Sometimes people do look at us as if we are crazy, haha but we don't care ? Almost every time I see somebody with his/her lunch/salad box I literally wanna run and hug them and say "Way to go!" ? Each time I make these little delights they taste different because I don't have specific proportions, I just play with the ingredients. For instance- for energy balls I was using: almond butter, cacao flakes, coconut flakes, vanilla, maca root powder, honey, coco-rice milk, rice protein powder, and oat flakes. For the other ones (we call them medallions) I used dates, cacao and cashew nuts. I am not the best food photographer so it might not look as fancy as all those cakes and chocolates that you see everywhere... But I guarantee you it is delicious and completely guilt free ??? PS. No need for baking here! I just mix them all and make shapes from them and put them in the fridge. But you can eat them straight away ?

Bombice možete nositi svuda sa sobom, dovoljno su slatke jer sadrže urme, ali su ujedno i veoma zdrave! Takođe, možete da ih iznesete pred goste i sigurno se nećete pokajati.
