Priznaje da je pre imala oko 50 kilograma i da je jedva dan preživljavala na 1 000 kalorija dnevno.

Postala sam opterećena hranom, a zbog manjka kalorija sam imala užasne promene raspoloženja, groznu kožu i kosu. Plašila sam se ugljenih hidrata. Radila sam samo kardio vežbe. Pustila sam da mi vaga određuje život”, priča Loren.

CHALLENGE RESULTS 💜 – SWIPE to see some of my clients 8 week challenge transformations! These results are from HOME training. 🏡💪🏼 Seriously impressive does 8 weeks!! 🤯 – My progress over the challenge was post abdominal surgery and was all about getting my posture, mobility, strength and muscle back. I wasn’t trying to lose fat…I was eating more and more….plus progressed from body weight only to using weights again. You can see in my before pose which is very ‘standard’ for me…my belly was still a little puffy, I couldn’t tense my core & my posture wasn’t great. I worked really hard every single day to correct this. I did a post recently on muscle regain after time off – I feel like I’m getting back to myself now! 🙏🏼 – I am so proud of all my girls, who pushed through personal struggles and life curveballs over the past couple months. Promena je došla kada je udvostručila broj kalorija i počela da unosi više od 2 000 kalorija dnevno. Ugojila se, kaže, 10 kilograma i počela da nazire obrise tela o kome je sanjala, piše zena.blic.rs.

Uz to sam se okrenula tegovima i počela da oblikujem svoje telo i dižem samopouzdanje”, priznaje ona i zaključuje da je savršeno telo dobila tek kada je počela da jede duplo više.

BODY UPDATE #LOCKDOWNLIFE 💁🏼‍♀️👊🏼 All the deets on me below! – I am currently 12 weeks post bowel surgery. I’m feeling pretty much back to myself now (just a weaker version with lifting 😂). My movement, my posture and my energy levels have returned. Gosh there was one point where I never felt this day would come…!👏🏼 – Here’s some info on comment questions I get asked. – ⭐️GOAL: Building muscle & getting stronger! No I’m not in a fat loss phase. I’ve actually been gaining weight over the past few weeks. – ⏲HEIGHTS, WEIGHT & BF%: I am 5’7 (170cm) Weight/BF %..honestly no clue. I don’t own scales and it’s not a concern right now for me. – 🍎NUTRITION: I’m not currently tracking my calorie intake. I am just eating intuitively. I’m pretty basic & eat similar things most days right now. I did roughly tracked the other day & have been eating around 2000 cals (some days more, some days less). – M1: Scrambled eggs & veggies on toast. M2: Fruit & protein bar or smoothie. M3: Rice paper rolls. M4: chicken or turkey & salad/veggies. M5: Beef mince, soy sauce & stir fry veggies. M6: Icecream & something i’ve made like XO crunch slice, apple crumble, banana muffins. Snacks: chips, harvest bean snacks. – 💪🏼TRAINING: Aiming to get in 3 @laurensimpsonfitness HOME workouts per week. My workouts this week are adapted from the BOSS BABES CHALLENGE & NEW CHALLENGE we are launching next week. I see my physio 2x per week for a focused squat and deadlift session. 10K-12K steps per day. – 💥SUPPLEMENTS: I use @ehplabs Oxyshred as preworkout daily & Oxywhey protein in my oats, smoothies, or baking. My first time back on a barbell since my surgery. Learning to lift again 😭😭😭♥️ **HAPPY TEARS!! The comeback is greater than the set back! ⚡️ – Today was a huge milestone for me in my recovery. I got back lifting with a barbell under guidance of my physio @thebodybuildingphysio We are starting with deadlifting to recondition and strengthen all the muscles effected by my bowel surgery. Yes I’ve lost muscle & strength and I have not been able to engage my core for months. I’ve just been doing lots of stretching and mobility work, plus progressing with basic movement patterns. The deadlift will form the basis now of strengthening my body as a whole. – This right here made me go through all the emotions of being able to do something I thought was SO SO far out of reach. 🙏🏼 I’ve had 8 weeks off strenuous exercise while I recovered. I’m still just taking it very slow. I’m in no rush. 🙏🏼 – For those who may be new to my IG – I am all about STRONG GIRLS. I LOVE to lift heavy. My max deadlift is 155kg & my max squat is 150kg. Today I lifted 30kg. I have a long way to go with technique again and then strength gains…but gosh this felt good! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 – It’s so empowering for your mindset to conquer things that scare you! – Please note: In Australia physiotherapy is an essential service (I was advised by my surgeon to continue with this) and my physio operates out of the gym as he specialises in bodybuilding & strength athletes (the gym is closed to the public). It’s just his clinic right now. 🙏🏼
